Facebook for iOS, referral links, and more!

This week, we're highlighting improvements to the web and desktop apps, some smaller bug fixes, and a new way to share Clay with your friends. We also have an exciting iOS update for the Facebook birthdays integration we announced last week.

🆕 New in this release

• Facebook birthdays on iOS:We’re excited to bring our Facebook integration to iOS — it’s the world’s first way to search your Facebook friends and get reminded about their birthdays alongside everyone else you know.
  
  Connect your Facebook account in Settings and Clay will import your Facebook friends, along with their photo and birthday.
  
  As always, you’ll get a push notification when it’s someone’s birthday so you can easily reach out and wish them well. Easily say hi and read your notes to remember your previous conversation. Search “facebook friends” to see everyone you’re friends with on Facebook. And set Reconnect cadences so you remember to stay in touch over time.

• Refer a friend in one click: We’ve rolled out one-click, customized refer links to iOS, web, and desktop! You can tap the profile icon in the top right > Invite a Friend to send a customized invitation link to anyone.
  
  To celebrate, we’ll be giving out a complimentary Clay embroidered sweatshirt to the top referrer this month 😉

• Re-architected web and desktop apps:We’ve rebuilt the web and desktop apps to be even more secure and performant. They’re now globally distributed in over 100 global data centers, and things like connecting accounts and authentication are even more performant. In fact, everything in the app should be 20-30% faster! This is a huge change, so you will need to login again on web and desktop the next time you visit Clay.

• 💻 Fix where related people @-mentioned in notes would not show up immediately
• 💻 Fix for multiselect where taking action on a person would prevent additional actions
• 💻 When creating a new contact, trying to navigate to that new contact's profile from the home view will now work
