Look through everyone you know inside of Clay. It's where you can see your entire network at a glance, organize your connections, and stay on top of your relationships. Think of it as your personal networking dashboard, designed to help you manage your contacts effortlessly.

The People view gives you your total contact count along with a detailed list of all your contacts in Clay. When you hover over a contact, the right sidebar provides a summary of your relationship, including relationship strength, recent interactions, contact details, groups they belong to, and their location.

Click on People in the sidebar or hit G then P

Icons Legend

When browsing your People view, you'll notice various icons that provide quick insights about your contacts and their sources.

Sorting

You can easily sort your People view to quickly find and access your contacts using the following options:

  • By Relevance: We identify your closest and least close contacts based on your interactions.
  • By Recency: We sort contacts by your most recent interactions using connected integrations like email, calendar, iMessage, and WhatsApp.
  • By Created: We organize contacts according to when they were imported into Clay.

Multi-Select

We've streamlined bulk actions with multi-select, making it easier for you to add contacts to a group, copy email addresses and phone numbers, merge contacts, and archive them all in one go.

ℹ️ Please note that multi-select is not yet available on iOS but we're planning to add this functionality soon!
