Updating your subscription
On Desktop and Web
- Go to the
Profile Icon
in the top right, thenSettings
on Mac, Web, or Windows - Within Profile, select
Switch
beside the plan you want to switch to
On iOS
- Go to the
Profile Icon
in the top right, thenSettings
- Within Profile, select an option under Switch Plan
Updating your billing details
Within Settings, select Profile
and then Manage plan
on desktop and web or tap on your existing subscription plan on iOS. You'll be redirected to our payment partner, Stripe, where you can update or change your payment information.
Where do I see my transaction history?
Once you've accessed Stripe, you'll see your transaction history and an option to download your invoices and update your payment methods.
