We're sad to see you go but we understand if Clay isn't the right fit for you right now! Here's a quick guide on how you can smoothly transition out of your Clay.
Canceling your subscription
On Desktop and Web
- Go to the
Profile Icon
in the top right, thenSettings
on Mac, Web, or Windows - Under Profile, select
Cancel Plan
On iOS
- Go to the
Profile Icon
in the top right, thenSettings
- Under Profile, select
Cancel my plan
Apple App Store Subscribers
App Store subscriptions auto-renew by default, so you need to manually cancel them. You can find the option to cancel the auto-renew by viewing your Apple ID in iTunes or the App Store and then selecting the “Subscriptions” option. You'll find detailed instructions here!
Deleting your Account
On Desktop and Web

Delete Account
On iOS
- Go to the

in the top right, thenSettings
- Under General, select
Delete Clay Account
⚠️ Keep in mind that this is permanent and can't be undone! This will remove all notes, contacts, and integrations in you Clay. If you're currently on a paid plan, your subscription will automatically end, and we'll remove all your payment information. If you'd like to delete all your associated account data, please email us.
