Why can't I connect iMessage and Phone Log integrations to Clay?

  • Updated

There could be a number of reasons but most of the time, this is because Clay hasn't been granted full disk and contacts access on your Mac. Here's a quick guide on how to set this up:

How to Give Clay Full Disk Access on Your Mac

  1. Open System Preferences or Settings
  2. Search for "Full Disk" then select the result under "Privacy & Security"
  3. Turn the switch on for Clay

How to Give Clay Contacts Access on Your Mac

  1. Still in your System Preferences or Settings, search for "Contacts"
  2. Select the result under "Privacy & Security"
  3. Turn the switch on for Clay
