Do you offer free trials?

Onboarding to Clay requires a tremendous amount of upfront data and infrastructure, which would make it prohibitively expensive for us to offer free trials right now. That said, we hope to offer free trials in the future as we grow.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, absolutely. There’s no minimum contract or subscription for Clay — you can cancel at any time without penalty. When you cancel your membership, you will remain on the plan until the end of your billing cycle, at which time your account will be paused.

Do you offer refunds?

Onboarding to Clay requires a tremendous amount of upfront data and infrastructure, which would make it prohibitively expensive for us to offer full refunds right now. That said, if you email [email protected] more than 24 hours before your monthly subscription renews, we will cancel your membership immediately and ensure you are not charged for the following month.

Do you have monthly and yearly billing options?

Clay currently only offers a monthly billing option, but we will look into offering annual billing in the future!

Do you offer discounts?

We don’t offer discounts on Clay membership, but we believe everyone should have access to the best tools and platforms. E-mail us your story if you can’t afford a subscription and we will sponsor your membership to Clay.
